Cancellation & Refund Policy

At ReaverHosting, we believe in fairness, transparency, and customer satisfaction. This policy explains when refunds may be granted and under what conditions.

1. 30-Day Refund Guarantee (Game Hosting & Web Hosting)

The following services are covered under a 30-day refund policy:

Minecraft Hosting
All Game Servers (FiveM, RageMP, Rust, etc.)
Web Hosting & Reseller Hosting

A refund may be granted only if:

The issue is performance-related (lag, downtime, technical failure)
The issue is proven to be on ReaverHosting’s side
A valid and detailed reason is submitted
Our support team is unable to resolve the issue

Refunds will NOT be granted if:

Customer incorrectly configured their server or website
Plugins, scripts, or mods cause problems
The issue is related to poor internet connection on the client side
Service performance is affected by abusive usage or ToS violations

2. Non-Refundable Services

Domain registrations (non-refundable worldwide)
Dedicated IPs
Server upgrades or add-ons
Payments made after chargeback disputes

3. Refunds NOT Provided For

Change of mind
Incorrect purchase
Customer-side misconfiguration or mistakes
DDoS attacks not related to our system
Service already used heavily or abused

4. Chargebacks

Chargebacks result in:

Immediate termination of all active services
Permanent blacklist from ReaverHosting

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your service anytime from the dashboard
No pro-rated refunds are provided after the refund period expires
